Senior F,P&A Analyst
The Senior FP&A Analyst is a key contributor within the Group FP&A function, supporting the development and delivery of high-quality management reporting and performance analysis. The role focuses on producing accurate, insightful and forward-looking analysis that helps enhance the quality and usefulness of financial information. The position is primarily focused on Revenue and Cost of Sales analysis, supporting the understanding of performance drivers, margin development and overall profitability at both Group and Vertical levels. Working closely with the current Senior FP&A Analyst and the wider finance team, the successful candidate will contribute to reporting improvements, analytical initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Commercial Operations Engineer
This is an AI engineering role embedded in a commercial function, focused on building and iterating on AI agents and automated workflows. You will support commercial operations by identifying opportunities to replace or accelerate manual processes with AI. The role involves owning the AI and automation layer of commercial processes, designing and deploying workflows, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of automated outputs. You will also be responsible for generating reports and monitoring agent performance.

As the first Central America Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving OpticOdds’ commercial growth across the region. The focus is on building new business opportunities, developing strategic operator relationships, and expanding accounts over time. This role requires ownership of the full sales cycle: identifying opportunities, engaging with clients, managing negotiations, and ensuring long-term success with signed operators. Success will come from strong industry connections, sharp commercial instincts, and the ability to represent OpticOdds effectively both at industry events and in direct client engagements.
