Product Designer
You will be an integral part of our team, collaborating closely with our Lead Designers to create exceptional products that captivate and delight our users. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of Ancient and its diverse brands, where innovation and creativity are at the forefront.
You will be working on:
CSGORoll - the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.
HypeDrop - a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.
- Collaborating with developers, designers, and other people to produce unique products.
- Developing assets/design systems and carrying out their maintenance (linked elements, components, naming convention), ensuring proper documentation, quality, and scalability in Figma.
- Identifying any potential problems with our design system/products and proposing solutions.
- Becoming an ambassador for each brand’s design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Proposing and testing new features to the existing products.
- Making people fall in love with the product.
- Being one with the product - knowing all of its secrets to pixel perfection.
- Designing beautiful, easy-to-use interfaces that connect with the user – simplicity will be at the core of everything you do.
- Rethinking and challenging standards, always with the user experience in mind.
- Staying up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
- Being the bridge of the gap between the technology and the user.
- Recommending new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques.
- Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
- An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.
- The ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives.
- Ability to effectively communicate about design concepts.
- Passion for design - you are not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve.
- Great creative problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Sketch and you are familiar with JIRA.
