Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Acquisition Strategist on the planning and organization of user acquisition campaigns, guaranteeing timely implementation and operational consistency.
  • Support day-to-day communications with media agencies, affiliate partners, and internal collaborators.
  • Help monitor performance across paid media, affiliate marketing, influencer campaigns, and strategic partnerships by collecting and coordinating data and reports.
  • Contribute to the implementation and tracking of campaign testing strategies, including A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Compile performance metrics and assist in preparing reports and presentations that summarize acquisition results and trends.
  • Work with internal analytics and CRM teams to help validate tracking, data flows, and attribution accuracy across marketing channels.
  • Coordinate delivery and trafficking of campaign assets across channels, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with budget monitoring, invoicing, and reconciliation activities alongside internal finance groups and external vendors.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with creative, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and timelines.
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of campaign calendars, project trackers, and process documentation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and digital marketing guidelines to help find opportunities for process or performance improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing, acquisition, or campaign coordination role.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, channels, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Strong ability to keep tasks well-ordered with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with internal team members and external vendors or agency partners.
  • Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, AppsFlyer, and Outflink is a plus.
  • Capable to assist in managing the affiliate program down the road, including tracking partner activity, processing applications, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while taking direction and feedback in a team-oriented environment.
  • Interest in digital acquisition, affiliate marketing, and marketing strategies aimed at driving strong results.
  • Willingness to learn and stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and industry developments.
  • 21 + years of age or older.
