Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and provide support to the affiliates of our company partners, making sure their success matches our marketing strategy.
  • Develop and complete marketing plans, including media and digital marketing mixes.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reports.
  • Coordinate the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenditures.
  • Identify high-potential new affiliates and recruit them to join our affiliate programs.
  • Conduct detailed research and attend industry events to connect with potential affiliates.
  • Negotiate and agree on commercial terms with new and existing affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support and communication.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, finding opportunities for improvement and optimizing campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Track, measure, and report on important metrics for the affiliate program, using data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain alignment with industry regulations and company policies, supervising affiliate activities to prevent fraud.
  • Participate in defining and developing relevant marketing and measurement tools.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (read, write, speak) is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and a proven track record of successful affiliate recruitment and performance optimization.
  • Willingness to work extra hours and adjust to various time zones, maintaining a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standard methodologies.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Windows Office Programs.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Independent judgment, discretion, and initiative in the absence of specific directions from management.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills, growing in a dynamic work environment and maintaining a high level of member service.
