Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal artists to complete creative projects and sprints.
  • Together with your team, develop and lead the creative and art direction for each mini-game to ensure cohesive and comprehensive player journeys aligned with the overall brand and creative direction.
  • Engage actively in the development, maintenance, and refinement of game art.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Collaborate with Art Director, Art Managers, Product Directors, and collaborators to align vision with business objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage digital content using project management tools like Jira.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and evolution of the art pipeline workflow.
  • Uphold image integrity and quality assurance across all artwork.
  • Lead the establishment of goals, standards, processes, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with internal collaborators.
  • Track project performance to ensure successful completion of goals.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
  • Continuously develop and apply leadership skills.
  • Guide your IC artists in their professional and personal growth.
  • Strengthen relationships within our global creative teams.
  • Improve and enforce standardized processes for the art funnel.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience managing and guiding a group of artists or individual contributors within a mobile game publishing company.
  • Established experience directing creative units in a mobile game context.
  • Knowledge and experience in the social casino market (nice to have).
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in illustration, graphic build, or a related field.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective organizational capabilities featuring careful attention to detail and the ability to handle various tasks at once.
  • Strong time management skills and flexible work approach.
  • Strong ability to recognize style, visual composition, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Be comfortable with a flexible and hard-working environment.
  • Be willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from them.
  • Be open to receiving feedback.
  • Passion for mobile gaming and understanding industry trends.
