Lead Animator

Description

The Lead Animator will collaborate with internal and external teams to produce innovative character animations, FX animations, game trailers, adverts, and effects for games. This role involves creating, maintaining, and updating assets and images for games across all ventures and platforms, ensuring timely deliveries with agreed quality. The Lead Animator will work with management to accomplish business goals, explore creative concepts, and maintain high-quality work with excellent attention to detail. Proactive communication with team members across the business is essential to ensure requirements are understood and project progress is clear. The role also requires organisation of work, files, and documents for easy use by co-workers, and a continuous development of strong technical understanding of the discipline and software including Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Spine.
