- Manage the digital marketing retention activities of the company partners, ensuring alignment with the overarching marketing strategy and plans.
- Define and strengthen the brand's positioning, voice, and identity across all digital channels, maintaining a consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and reduce churn using tools like Xtreampush.
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior to segment audiences for more effective targeting and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Plan, complete, and optimize retention marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, Weblayers, and other digital channels using Bloomreach.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to build compelling marketing materials and conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Map and optimize the customer journey, implementing automated workflows and personalized communication strategies.
- Cooperate with the acquisition marketing team to provide a complete customer experience and ensure campaign optimization within agreed objectives.
- Conduct competitive research and analysis to inform retention strategies and complete sports-related tasks such as setting up tournaments and managing player payments.
- Work with the team to develop relevant marketing and measurement tools, preparing comprehensive reports on performance and return on investment.
- A hands-on professional with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on customer retention.
- Native Spanish speaker with C2 level English proficiency.
- Proven experience with online retention solutions and platforms, including email and SMS marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with back-end solutions, segmentation tools, and an advantage if familiar with HTML and/or data management tools.
- Ready to work overtime and travel as needed, with flexibility to work with partners in different time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Highly organized with outstanding time-management skills, growing in a dynamic work environment while maintaining high member service levels.
