Description

Aristocrat is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join its sales organisation. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency and enhancing sales performance through rigorous data analysis and the streamlining of internal processes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing CRM systems, refining workflows, and ensuring the accuracy of reporting and forecasting. This position requires a professional who can bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless operations and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate data, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and refine sales workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Support the implementation, training, and adoption of sales tools and technology.
  • Coordinate deal desk activities by reviewing contracts, pricing, and promotion requests to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain sales enablement tools, dashboards, and documentation to improve team efficiency.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy.
  • Analyse performance data and provide insights to address pipeline gaps and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Track benchmarks to measure the efficiency of sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights to support sales performance and decision-making.
  • Ensure seamless lead qualification and management from marketing handoff to sales follow-up.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and prospects, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Partner with Marketing to support campaign tracking and lead follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Operations to support deal approvals, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and support sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Experience working within Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform (required).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data management (required).
  • Experience supporting contracts, pricing, or deal workflows (required).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively (required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy (required).
