Senior Software Product Analyst
As a Senior Software Product Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying improvements, defining requirements, and liaising with multiple teams to deliver positive changes to the marketing function. The Marketing function is essential to our on-going success, influencing every stage of the customer journey. This role requires a dynamic individual who can engage with teams at all levels and functions, bringing them together with a common goal to deliver outstanding results. You will apply your knowledge of our customers, regulatory requirements and the technology stack to drive change and deliver value. In our fast-paced and evolving environment, initiative, context switching and data-driven decision-making are vital. You will have a deep understanding of CRM technologies to support the continuous improvement of our direct-to-customer marketing across all touchpoints. This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
- Supporting marketing in the key areas, either problem solving or delivering new capability.
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis and customer trend analysis using internal and external data points.
- Leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Producing detailed requirements that enable the development teams to deliver what is required.
- Prioritising your work stack and reviewing it regularly to ensure timely delivery and release of value, as well as defining what success looks like for your products and initiatives.
- Running trials to ascertain value.
- Building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to ensure complete alignment of product initiatives that meet needs, whilst leading cross functional sessions to align outcomes.
- Challenging decisions, requirements and understandings as needed so all viewpoints are considered.
- Updating key stakeholders regularly on plans.
- Experience working within product management. (required)
- Experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech), specialising in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). (required)
- Comfortable working with internally built and third-party technologies including CDPs and CEPs. (required)
- Demonstrable experience of product launches and continuous improvement that achieves Business objectives. (required)
- Strong understanding of product lifecycles, methodologies, and agile frameworks. (required)
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate Business goals into achievable product plans. (required)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and working with ambiguity and change. (required)
- Good knowledge and understanding of the gambling industry. (required)
