Video Content Manager, Digital
As a Video Content Manager, you will be a pivotal creative force at the intersection of brand identity, digital marketing, and product innovation. Reporting to the Head of Digital and Growth, you will define how the bet365 brand moves and breathes, leading the development of high-quality motion graphics and video content across our global markets.
Sitting within our Digital team, you will operate in a hybrid capacity, spanning ideation, motion design, video editing, and content capture. You will not just create content; you will craft dynamic visual experiences that demand attention. Whether building robust motion toolkits or delivering high-profile campaigns for digital, social, and VOD, you will balance innovative design with strict brand guidelines and performance marketing goals.
Beyond your technical craft, you will be a natural communicator. You will partner closely with brand, marketing, and creative stakeholders to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals, ensuring your work resonates as effectively in the boardroom as it does on the screen. Your responsibility will also lie in developing a global framework for our motion toolkits, ensuring consistency and quality across all territories. - Creating motion work that rivals top-tier design agencies by elevating craft, taste, and originality.
- Translating brand strategy and audience insights into compelling, considered motion executions.
- Establishing a cohesive motion language, tone, and behaviour across all brand touchpoints.
- Supporting global campaigns, events, and product launches with high-impact motion assets.
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring quality is maintained at pace.
- Utilising industry-standard tools to deliver high-quality content that meets both creative and technical requirements.
- Collaborating with marketing teams and creative leads to shape ideas and align on strategic direction.
- Contributing to creative brainstorms by proposing innovative concepts that elevate the work beyond the obvious.
- Partnering with external agencies and freelancers to ensure a high standard of output and brand consistency.
- Applying insights from motion, design, and platform trends to ensure our output remains fresh, relevant, and culturally in-tune.
- Strong portfolio showing both motion design and editing craft (required).
- Experience working across brand, content, or entertainment-led projects (required).
- Confident across After Effects and Premiere Pro (required).
- Cinema 4D or similar is a bonus (nice-to-have).
- Sharp eye for design, typography, and composition (required).
- Outstanding editorial instincts, including timing, rhythm, and narrative flow (required).
- Ability to capture content and turn it into engaging visual storytelling (required).
- Comfortable working at pace without losing quality (required).
- Proactive and ideas-driven, builds on briefs rather than just following them (required).
- Well-tuned into culture and platform behaviours such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube (required).
