Senior Technical Compliance Analyst
The company is looking for a Senior Technical Compliance Analyst to join the Compliance team. This role will create a bridge between Compliance, Business, and Technology to interpret regulations into customer and business-friendly technical requirements.
The Senior Technical Compliance Analyst will act as the Tech Compliance lead on expansion projects, ensuring compliance standards are integrated into market entry strategies using a "compliance by design" approach.
- Participate in Compliance team meetings and facilitate the interpretation of technical guidelines introduced by regulators.
- Partner with business stakeholders to explain compliance-related obligations and how these can be interpreted into business-friendly requirements.
- Create technical requirements based on regulatory text.
- Support the tech teams in understanding the regulatory requirements and propose workarounds where appropriate.
- Act as the Tech Compliance lead on expansion projects, ensuring compliance standards are integrated into market entry strategies.
- 5 years of working experience as a Software or Database Engineer, Product Owner, Product Manager or QA (required)
- Basic SQL skills (nice-to-have)
