Customer Support Agent

We have highly ambitious plans and we are looking for a Customer Support Agent to assist our customers by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues with a focus on Romanian speaking Customers. The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced, exciting, and highly productive environment. This is a demanding, responsible, varied, exciting and challenging role where a passion for customers, sport and betting is essential. In order to satisfy customers and offer them a great user experience, we’re looking for individuals with commercial awareness and strong communicational skills.
- Deliver customer service through online and phone support
- Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different department
- Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and request
- Inform customers about deals and promotions
- Previous experience is NOT required. We welcome highly motivated individuals who are ready to learn and commit to excellence
- Proficient user of Romanian Language both spoken and write
- Enjoy finding solutions to a variety of problems and supporting customers in a friendly and productive manner
- Curiosity and interest in digital products and application
- Strong communication and organizational skill
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment
- Proficiency in English is considered as a plus
