Exterior / Interior Designer

Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Exterior / Interior designer? SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing functional and aesthetically engaging exterior and interior spaces for SoftConstruct’s offices, gaming centers, innovation hubs, and exhibition areas
- Develop space plans, mood boards, sketches, material boards, and 3D visualizations in collaboration with senior designers and architects
- Support the preparation of detailed drawings, technical documentation, and specifications for construction and design implementation
- Work with multidisciplinary teams including branding, facilities, and engineering to align visual direction with user needs and operational goals
- Participate in site surveys, supplier coordination, and quality checks during project execution to ensure the final result matches the original vision
- Research and recommend materials, lighting, furniture, and finishes that align with project requirements and SoftConstruct’s brand identity
- Stay updated on design trends, material innovations, and technologies relevant to architecture, interiors, and branded environments
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in exterior/interior design, preferably in commercial, office, tech, or hospitality environments
- Solid knowledge of architectural and interior design fundamentals including layout planning, color theory, and spatial flow
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray) is a plus
- Ability to produce 2D and 3D visuals, and interpret design briefs into real, buildable environments
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an understanding of how form and function intersect in commercial design
- Effective communication and organizational skills; ability to work in a team and support multiple projects simultaneously
