Head of Business Performance
In this position you will bridge the gap between "what we do" and "how much it costs vs. how efficient it is." You will also identify operational drivers, automate tracking, and provide the leadership team with the data needed to scale our support and HQ functions effectively.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Digitize employee workload to understand real-time capacity vs. theoretical output
- Develop a clear structure for team loading: "How much time does a task take vs. how much should it take?"
- Define requirements for the data analytics team to build high-impact reports in Power BI and Metabase
- Consolidate data from fragmented sources (internal chat systems, local dialers, etc.) into unified dashboards
- Monitor global headcount costs and performance via tracking system
- Drive the automation of repetitive tasks (e.g., support ticket routing, manual reporting)
- Work closely with Department Heads and the Automation Department to turn "Performance Ideas" into "Operational Reality"
- Shift KPI tracking from manual entries by managers into automated analytical systems
- Develop a Service Map: Clearly define which functions are handled by HQ and which remain with the regions.Collaborate on a Competency Matrix linked directly to departmental functions
- Hands-on experience in the iGaming industry is a must. You have to understand the specific operational dynamics, user behavior, and regional scaling challenges unique to this sector
- Deep understanding of data architecture and reporting (Power BI, Metabase)
- You understand the "drivers of headcount" and how to calculate the cost and efficiency of labor.
- Ability to validate current metrics and propose shorter, more efficient procedures.
