Junior CRM Incident Specialist / VBET

- Analyze customer data per client to identify key metrics
- Respond to customer bonus requests
- Respond to problematic user cases
- Collaborate with regional, risk management and customer support teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives
- Ensure that all customer journeys are executed properly
- Be informed about running promotions and offers in all regions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing/economics or related field is desired
- Proficiency in Armenian and good knowledge of English are mandatory. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel and G Suite
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong arithmetic skills will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to set clear priorities and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop new knowledge
- High attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring quality results in all tasks
