Key Account Manager Team Lead
This is a leadership role within our Brazil team, combining strategic ownership with hands-on team management. As a Key Account Manager Team Lead, you will drive performance across a team responsible for high-value VIP players, while also defining the strategy and building the foundation for the department’s future growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Account Managers focused on VIP client relationships
- Business Impact: Direct influence on revenue-driving KPIs such as Turnover, GGR, NGR, and LTV
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Identify gaps and implement data-driven improvements
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with CRM and Marketing on VIP campaigns and engagement strategies
- Strategic Campaign Execution: Continuously improve campaign effectiveness and offers efficiency
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, VIP, or similar roles
- iGaming experience
- Proven experience leading teams (preferably in B2C environment)
- Experience with KPI-driven environments
- Fluent Portuguese and Advanced English
- Mandatory availability for on-site work in São Paulo – SP
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Data-driven decision-making mindset
- Deep understanding of VIP player lifecycle and revenue drivers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- High level of ownership, accountability, and adaptability
