Product Manager
Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Product Manager? SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team. We are looking for a Product Manager to join Pascal Gaming as we shape the future of RNG games. You will do the end-to-end creative development, from the initial concept and mathematical profile to the final polish and certification. You will not just manage a backlog; you will be the creative force behind the games we produce. You will combine market insights and data analytics with creative vision to define unique mechanics, ensuring our RNG games resonate with players and perform commercially.
- Work closely with the design and development teams to define, conceptualize, and iterate new game visions
- Conduct market research to understand competitive products and identify elements we may want to incorporate
- Use data insights and business intelligence to drive product decisions and prioritize features
- Collaborate with game mathematicians to ensure the volatility, RTP, and "math feel" align with the target audience and visual theme
- Craft detailed, precise, and well-structured written specifications for new games, including the game theme, narrative, and sequencing
- Streamline the game production pipeline and manage project goals to reliably deliver high-quality, fully polished games at pace while ensuring delivery stays on track
- Provide quality control over design outputs and production, making sure visuals, graphics, animations, music, and SFX click together in a way that resonates with the player
- Oversee the product through the certification process, ensuring the final output meets regulatory requirements for gambling products
- Ensure roadmap execution is aligned with business goals and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders
- Support cross-functional collaboration and foster alignment across departments for your product’s success
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in product management or similar roles; strong preference for candidates with experience creating slots or other RNG games
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Ability to synthesize market data, user feedback, and business inputs into actionable product plans
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Proactive mindset and the ability to drive initiatives independently
