Sales Specialist

- Identify and engage potential clients interested in acquiring company-owned assets (property)
- Promote and sell company-owned assets (movable and/or immovable property), ensuring alignment with client needs
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper presentation and transfer of company assets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, sales reports, and analytical insights to management
- Participate in industry events and meetings to expand business connections
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies in all sales processes
- Understanding of asset/property sales (real estate and/or movable assets is an advantage
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Experience in client relationship management and key account handling
- Strong market analysis and research capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
