Senior Product Manager
The Product Manager takes ownership of the full lifecycle of your product(s) - from ideation to sunset - ensuring timely delivery, alignment with strategic goals, and market competitiveness. He/She collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of product strategy, balancing partner needs, technical constraints, and business objectives of his product.
- Manage all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept through development,launch, and continuous optimization
- Drive product research, market analysis, customer feedback collection, and competitive benchmarking to shape product direction
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales to coordinate product releases and ensure high-quality delivery
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and specifications that guide development and design teams
- Identify customer pain points and opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis; generate ideas that improve customer experience and support growth
- Contribute to and maintain product strategy documents that include use cases, business value, technical needs, and expected ROI
- Ensure roadmap execution is aligned with business goals and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders
- Support go-to-market planning and product positioning by working with marketing and sales teams
- Evaluate existing KPIs and propose new success metrics to measure performance and guide decision-making
- Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to analyze product profitability and provide input on product pricing
- Assist in preparing product sales forecasts, business impact reports, and other strategic assessments
- Support cross-functional collaboration and foster alignment across departments for your product’s success
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in product management or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Ability to synthesize market data, user feedback, and business inputs into actionable product plans
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Proactive mindset and the ability to drive initiatives independently
- Background in SaaS, gaming and/or betting industry is a plus
