Technical Project Manager
SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage technical projects from initiation through delivery Work closely with software development, IT, infrastructure, and product teams to define project requirements and deliverables Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery Coordinate tasks across multiple teams and ensure smooth collaboration among technical and non-technical stakeholders Ensure project outputs meet technical standards, business requirements, and quality expectations. Report project status regularly to project stakeholders and management Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code

- Work closely with software development, IT, infrastructure, and product teams to define project requirements and deliverables
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate tasks across multiple teams and ensure smooth collaboration among technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure project outputs meet technical standards, business requirements, and quality expectations.
- Report project status regularly to project stakeholders and management
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code
- 2-3 years of experience in IT project management or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, or a related field
- Master’s degree or advanced certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2) are preferred
- Good understanding of technical environments, software development processes, and IT systems
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMP exam preparation course)
- Base understanding of software development processes, IT systems, and infrastructure environments
- Knowledge of the English language is required, and knowledge of any additional language is an advantage
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello, Confluence)
- Understanding of API testing tools and protocols (Postman or similar tools)
- Understanding of budgeting and performance measurement
- Skills in risk management, project documentation, and reporting
- Proven experience in communicating with development teams
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and results
- Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
