Casino Executive LATAM
The Casino Executive – LATAM will support the growth and day-to-day operations of the casino product across Latin American markets. Reporting to the Senior Casino Manager LATAM, this role coordinates game launches, promotional activity, supplier relationships, content localisation, market analysis, and cross-functional execution. The position acts as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners to ensure the LATAM casino offering remains competitive, relevant, and aligned with regional player preferences.
- Support the Senior Casino Manager LATAM with day-to-day operations.
- Support the execution of LATAM strategic initiatives set by the Senior Casino Manager LATAM.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the casino product within assigned markets.
- Assist in optimising the casino lobby and game categorisation for LATAM player audiences.
- Monitor game performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and revenue.
- Support new supplier integrations and game onboarding processes.
- Analyse market trends, player behaviour, and competitor activity across LATAM territories.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Recommend improvements based on data and customer trends.
- 2+ years’ experience in online casino, gaming, iGaming, e-commerce, or a similar digital environment (required).
- Strong understanding of casino products, slots, live casino, and player behaviour (required).
- Experience working with LATAM markets (nice-to-have).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and performance trends (required).
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail (required).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously (required).
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (required).
- BI tools experience (nice-to-have).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (required).
