Sportsbook Coordinator
Betsson Group is looking for a Sportsbook Coordinator to join the team in Malta. The role focuses on leveraging the sportsbook product to the existing customer base while improving retention and reactivation levels within the sportsbook segments. The successful candidate will primarily manage the Swedish market and provide support for the Danish market regarding lobby management.
This position involves managing the end-to-end execution of initiatives, from conceptualisation to optimisation. The coordinator will work closely with the Sportsbook Manager and other internal teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality site experience across all devices.
- Frequently review customer journeys, product lobbies, management of banners and navigation in the Sportsbook vertical.
- Ensure that the site experience and customer journeys are consistent, maximising usability and accessibility across all devices including mobile apps.
- Be involved in the ideation of sportsbook communications, promotions, and campaigns with assistance from the SB manager, Casino manager and SoMe team.
- Take ownership of the planned initiatives, end-to-end including conceptualisation, creation, execution, follow-up, and learnings & optimisation.
- Writing copy of communications and content to upsell the product, features and key sporting events across various CRM channels.
- Frequently sit down with the Sportsbook Manager to evaluate initiatives including but not limited to communications & campaigns, to get an understanding of the performance, the effect on the business and how to improve and optimise.
- Proactively suggest new investigations and analysis using data to determine the best course of action (A/B tests), benchmark communications, promotions, best practices & product features from competitors.
- Work closely with the local marketing team to ensure the key messaging is clear and on-point across all channels.
- Leverage ambassadors & external assets in the communication strategy & on-site.
- Maximise the brand portfolio & multibrand strategy.
- Improve internal processes and strategies.
- A strong interest in sports, sports betting, and knowledge of the online sportsbook industry (required).
- Digital savvy (required).
- Great planning and prioritisation skills (required).
- Strong command of Swedish language both written and spoken (required).
- Experience working cross-functionally amongst different teams and cultures (required).
- At least one year of iGaming experience (required).
- Native Greek speaker (required).
