AdTech Specialist
This role focuses on the implementation and management of technical integrations across various marketing platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring tracking systems, optimising campaign performance across web and mobile environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy. - Implement and manage technical integrations across marketing platforms, including Google Tag Manager (GTM), postbacks, and server-to-server tracking setups.
- Configure and maintain accurate tracking and attribution systems across web and mobile environments.
- Integrate and optimise campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Moloco, Liftoff, Kayzen, and other in-app networks.
- Work with native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain) to ensure effective tracking and performance optimisation.
- Collaborate with analytics and development teams to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates, ROAS, and CPC.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve marketing performance.
- Support onboarding and implementation of new tools, tracking technologies, and partners.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders and marketing teams.
- Ensure full funnel tracking visibility, enabling detailed reporting on user journeys and campaign effectiveness.

- Proven experience across major marketing platforms including Google, Meta, and mobile attribution ecosystems (required).
- Exposure to in-app platforms (Moloco, Apple Search Ads, Kayzen, Liftoff) and native advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain) (required).
- Solid understanding of attribution models, user journeys, and performance marketing metrics (required).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights (required).
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) (required).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment (required).
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends (nice-to-have).
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards (nice-to-have).
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and attribution tools (nice-to-have).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and tracking scripts (nice-to-have).
- Experience with experimentation frameworks and CRO (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with data visualisation and reporting tools (nice-to-have).
