Affiliate Account Manager

Description

As an Affiliate Account Manager, you will play a key role in growing and managing our affiliate partnerships to drive player acquisition, engagement and revenue. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimise performance across multiple channels, ensuring affiliates are aligned with our brand, promotions, and strategic goals. Your focus will be on relationship management, performance optimisation, and identifying scalable growth opportunities across existing and new affiliate network.

Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and nurture strong relationship with affiliates, tipsters and influencer partners.
  • Drive player acquisition and revenue growth through affiliate partnerships and promotional activations.
  • Plan, launch, and optimise affiliate campaigns aligned with key sporting events and promotional calendars.
  • Brief affiliates on campaigns, creative assets, messaging, and promo codes to ensure accurate execution.
  • Monitor affiliate performance daily, identifying trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Analyse traffic quality, conversion rates, player value, and ROI across affiliate placements.
  • Onboard new affiliates and support them with best practices, tools, and ongoing optimisation guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, CRM, Social, and Data teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify and test new affiliate models, channels, and emerging acquisition opportunities.
  • Compile regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in weekly performance reviews, brainstorms, and growth planning sessions.
  • Support the Bet Influencer program and ensure strong alignment between influencer and affiliate efforts.
  • Continuously improve tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy.
  • Drive innovation through new and existing channels.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or 2 to 3 years’ sales management/relationship management and/or business development experience.
  • Must have a good grasp of online metrics including key concepts such as CPA, ROI etc.
  • Must have client facing experience, whether in sales and/or account management.
  • Ability to design and implement strategies for market entry as required.
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level and manage a high level of complexity.
  • Creativity combined with excellent business acumen, to identify or develop viable online marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work across business divisions.
  • Demonstrated sports enthusiasm, knowledge and interest across various Sports and Casino categories.
  • Team player who can work well under pressure.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and campaigns execution.
  • High adaptability - thriving in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
  • A data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable optimization strategies.
  • Solid understanding of affiliate marketing fundamentals, including CPA models, conversion funnels, attribution, and player LTV.
  • Experience managing and scaling affiliate portfolios across multiple traffic sources.
  • Commercial mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth and ROI.
  • Ability to identify emerging affiliate opportunities, test new partnerships, and scale successful initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of betting/gaming landscape, especially around major sporting events and seasonal peaks.
  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends.
  • Previous experience in the online betting, gaming, or casino industry, with a solid understanding of player behaviour, acquisition drivers, and lifecycle value.
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring affiliates activity aligns with legal and responsible gaming standards.
  • Experience in developing and executing acquisition and retention strategies through affiliate channels, including promo mechanics, lifecycle incentives, and reactivation campaigns.
  • Advanced understanding of performance analytics, particularly attribution models and how affiliates contribute within the wider marketing mix.
  • Experience working with affiliate partners, tipsters, influencers, or content creators in the sport betting or gaming space to drive scalable growth.
  • Knowledge of tracking platforms, affiliate networks, and reporting tools used to monitor performance and optimise ROI.
