Banking Payments Administrator

This includes sourcing and managing statement data accurately, resolving queries and escalations within defined service level agreements, and capturing and processing manual credits accurately and within expected timeframes.
Communication with internal teams and external service providers is key to resolving issues efficiently. The role also involves identifying data or statement discrepancies and escalating them appropriately, maintaining awareness of sporting events that may drive transaction volume spikes, and monitoring and responding to processor queries in a timely manner.
Ensuring VIP queries are prioritised and handled efficiently, supporting end-to-end operational processes across banking functions, and identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation or efficiency enhancements are also core aspects of the position. Continuous learning and self-development are encouraged to improve performance and support the resolution of operational and product-related issues.
- Source and manage statement data accurately in line with operational requirements.
- Resolve queries and escalations within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

- Experience in banking operations, payments, or financial processing (nice-to-have).
- Exposure to betting, gaming, or digital commerce environments (nice-to-have).
- Awareness of betting markets or customer behaviour (nice-to-have).
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance environments (nice-to-have).
- Exposure to financial product development or implementation (nice-to-have).
