Description

The role involves taking ownership of work that provides a competitive edge, including agency onboarding and leadership, briefing excellence, and creative direction. It also encompasses content quality and performance oversight, brand and sponsorship IP governance, and content production governance. Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding of newly appointed agencies.
  • Establish agencies as high-performing delivery partners from the outset.
  • Own and elevate the agency briefing process across: Social Campaigns; Sponsorship activations and Always-on social content.
  • Ensure all briefs are: Clear, structured and outcome driven, aligned to brand, platform, and market context.
  • Provide decisive creative direction and feedback.
  • Set and enforce standards for high-quality, engaging content.
  • Strengthen storytelling; format selection; platform native execution and continuously review and elevate output across teams and agencies.
  • Act as the custodian of all brand and sponsorship IP in social content.
  • Ensure consistent, correct, and disciplined use across all markets.
  • Eliminate off-brand or non-compliant content before publication.
  • Validate agency outputs against agreed deliverables, act as a gate keeper for quality prior to acceptance, ensure production efficiency and accountability in output and volume.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (required).
  • 8–12+ years’ experience in social media, content, or integrated marketing roles (required).
  • Proven experience leading and managing creative or social media agencies (required).
  • Strong track record in developing and executing high-performing digital/social content strategies (required).
  • Hands-on experience with content production processes (deliverables, formats, platform specifications) (required).
  • Demonstrated experience working across brand, sponsorship, and IP-driven environments (required).
  • Experience operating across multiple markets or regions with consistent delivery standards (required).
  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas (required).
  • A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams to hit shared goals (required).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball (required).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work (required).
  • Adaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast‑moving environments (required).
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards (nice-to-have).
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies (nice-to-have).
