Description

This is a senior, high-impact role for a commercial and strategic leader to own and scale Super Group Africa’s Influencer & Streamer Ecosystem across multiple operating companies. The role requires blending creator-first thinking with commercial discipline to build a best-in-class influencer programme that delivers profitable, compliant growth at scale. The Head of Influencer & Streamer Partnerships will take full ownership of this vertical across the business, introducing strong governance, KPI frameworks, and scalable operating models in regulated markets. This leadership position will directly influence customer acquisition efficiency, brand visibility, and long-term value, ensuring the company stays ahead in an increasingly creator-led world.

Responsibilities
  • Define and own the end-to-end influencer and streamer strategy across all OpCos.
  • Set clear commercial objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for creator partnerships.
  • Own the P&L for the influencer/streamer channel (budgets, FTDs, CPA, LTV, ROI).
  • Review, structure, and approve contracts, commission models, and payment frameworks.
  • Evaluate performance across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Analyse ROI, LTV, and audience quality.
  • Optimise commission structures and contract terms based on performance insights.
  • Build reporting dashboards and deliver performance insights to senior leadership.
  • Line manage existing team members and scale the function.
  • Establish clear roles, processes, and performance standards.
  • Act as the senior point of accountability for all creator activity.
  • Benchmark Betway’s influencer strategy against competitors.
  • Track platform changes, creator trends, and new partnership models.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and first-mover advantage.
  • Establish and enforce content, brand, and regulatory guardrails.
  • Partner closely with Legal and Compliance teams.
  • Own escalation and resolution of compliance or reputational risks.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for influencers and streamers.
  • Deliver structured reporting to Marketing and Executive leadership.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to support creator-led campaigns and launches.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial judgement and confidence making senior-level decisions.
  • Clear, credible communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A structured, analytical mindset balanced with creativity.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and scale teams.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, regulated environments.
  • iGaming or sports betting industry experience (Nice to have).
  • Strong understanding of gambling regulations and player behaviour (Nice to have).
  • Existing network within the influencer or streaming ecosystem (Nice to have).
  • Experience with Kick‑era / Stake‑style streamer partnerships (Nice to have).
  • Background in affiliate or performance marketing (Nice to have).
  • Exposure to scaling global creator programmes (Nice to have).
