This role involves close collaboration with the studio, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient project execution, delivered timeously and within scope. Responsibilities
  • Define and lead innovative audio‑visual concepts that are on brand and on CI.
  • Oversee delivery across all AV outputs, including squeeze‑backs, videos, LED content, and motion assets, ensuring work is accurate, well‑crafted, and aligned to media best practice.
  • Drive excellence in AV craft, accuracy, and execution.
  • Develop fresh, original proactive work and ideas beyond the brief when required, setting a high creative standard across the team.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of our products and customers per region, empowering the team to create more informed and effective audio‑visual solutions.
  • Collaborate with Studio Leads and creative partners to ideate on brand experiences.
  • Share work and feedback openly within the team and across stakeholders.
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and strong execution.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and tools and share learnings with the wider studio.
  • Ensure all audio‑visual output is compliant with corporate identity guidelines.
  • Communicate, uphold, and support CI standards across the AV team.
  • Use performance metrics and project data to evaluate creative effectiveness and improve solutions and guidelines.
  • Share insights with the team to support informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Support the Head of Design in growing the Studio into an effective creative hub.
  • Roll out strategic plans from the Head of Design and provide regular feedback on team performance, delivery, and growth.
  • Remain agile and adaptable to changing business priorities, reshuffling work and resources to meet urgent delivery requirements when needed
  • Stay ahead of the latest AI tools, trends, and creative workflows.
  • Use AI to push ideas further, work faster, and improve creative output across design, motion, editing, and production, while keeping craft and creative judgement at the centre.
Requirements
  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas (required)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball (required)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work (required)
  • Adaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast‑moving environments (required)
  • A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams to hit shared goals (required)
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years working for a recognised brand within sports, media, entertainment or gambling (required)
  • A natural communicator, leader, and mentor who brings strong conceptual thinking and solutions to everything they do, inspiring the team to be brave and creative while maintaining strong delivery discipline (required)
  • A digital‑first, seasoned leader with a proven track record of creative excellence, conceptual ability, strategic thinking, and creative team management (required)
  • Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to execute and evaluate creative work using Microsoft applications such as: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (required)
  • A self‑starter who takes initiative and actively works towards growing the creative capability and profile of the team (required)
  • Specific software experience: Premier Pro, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator. 3D Software (required)
  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations (preferred)
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards (preferred)
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies (preferred)
  • Experience in selecting of Voice Over Artists (preferred)
  • Experience in shoot and TVC production (preferred)
