Content Operations Specialist (Freelance)
We are looking for a Content Operations Specialist (Freelance) to support our content team with operational and data-related tasks. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with structured data, spreadsheets, and internal processes in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Prepare and structure content-related data.
- Work with internal spreadsheets and databases.
- Check the accuracy of information before transferring it to production.
- Support the content team with operational tasks.
- Ensure materials comply with internal standards.
- Update and verify project-related information.
- Complete tasks within established SLA requirements.
- Confident experience with Google Sheets / Excel.
- Ability to work with large volumes of structured data.
- Basic understanding of SEO content structure.
- Ability to follow processes, guidelines, and checklists.
- Basic English skills (reading and working with interfaces).
- Experience with digital tools.
