CRM / Email Marketing Specialist
G1 Media is looking for a CRM / Email Marketing Specialist to join their partner company. This role focuses on building an ecosystem of iGaming products.
The specialist will be responsible for creating and optimising communication flows to enhance player engagement and retention. The position offers the chance to work within a professional team dedicated to developing leading market solutions.
- Creating and configuring triggered communication flows with players through Email/Push/SMS channels.
- Creating and maintaining corporate email templates, filling them with content, and configuring, checking, and testing them before sending.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of email campaigns and communications on a daily basis, tracking promotional KPIs, and developing hypotheses to improve them.
- Segmenting and filtering players, as well as implementing segmentation rules in triggered communications.
- Achieving high Open Rate, Delivery Rate, CTR, Unsubscribe/Spam Rate metrics, working with Soft/Hard Bounce, and monitoring and resolving sender domain reputation issues.
- Conducting A/B tests and validating hypotheses to improve CRM financial performance metrics, including Conversion, LTV, Churn Rate, Retention %.
- Assigning tasks to graphic designers, copywriters, and the promotions team, and monitoring their execution.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports on key communication channels.
