Middle Affiliate Manager / BizDev
We are looking for a Sales/Affiliate Manager who will strengthen the traffic monetization direction within our affiliate team of a review platform in the iGaming niche with an affiliate monetization model (75k FTD in 2025, WW with a focus on Tier-1, SEO traffic, and our own community).
- Deal economics execution: negotiation, revision, NCO control, exclusive deals, agreement on payment terms.
- Traffic monetization performance management: analysis and changes in traffic allocation, testing new partners, analysis and impact on EPC per operator within specific GEOs.
- Revenue mix implementation: RS/Hybrid/Prepay.
- Obtaining intent-based bonuses: NDB, Low Dep, bonuses for existing players, Welcome Pack, exclusives for further transfer to the integration team.
- Accounts receivable management: control and influence on partners to ensure accounts receivable remain within target values.
- Experience in the iGaming niche in an affiliate/account manager role.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven track record (not only budgets/sales amounts matter, but also the approach used to achieve them).
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail (for partner performance analytics).
- Experience and ability to participate in affiliate conferences abroad.
- English – sufficient level for negotiations with English-speaking partners.
- Will be a plus: Experience in the affiliate business in the iGaming niche with a high share of SEO/PPC traffic.
- Work in a company that is constantly growing.
