SMM Strategist
Partner company is building a team to work on a tourism-focused website. The project is quite unique for the Ukrainian market, offering plenty of room for ideas and strong solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced SMM Strategist who will help us build a strong, structured social media presence from scratch. This role is about thinking, structure, and direction. We are looking for someone who can deeply dive into the project once and develop a clear, actionable SMM strategy that the team will follow going forward.
- Developing the SMM strategy for the project.
- Defining tone of voice, content pillars, formats, and approaches.
- Building the content architecture.
- Shaping the project’s positioning across social media.
- Creating clear guidelines for the team.
- Defining performance metrics and analytical approaches.
- Advising the team during the implementation phase, if needed.
- Proven experience in developing SMM strategies for brands or media projects.
- Strong systematic thinking with the ability to structure complexity into clear, actionable models.
- Clear understanding of how content supports business goals.
- Awareness of trends, with the ability to use them strategically rather than depend on them.
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas and document them effectively.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- As a plus: understanding of Kyiv’s urban context and experience in travel or lifestyle projects.
