Description

As a Commercial Executive, you will support the delivery and optimisation of multi-channel acquisition campaigns across our brands. You will play a key role in driving new customer growth by monitoring performance, coordinating campaigns, managing onsite journeys and ensuring strong alignment between commercial strategy and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the execution and day-to-day management of acquisition campaigns across PPC, paid social, display, affiliates and sponsorship channels.
  • Monitoring performance (FTDs, CPA, ROI, NGR), identifying optimisation opportunities and proactively driving improvements.
  • Managing campaign budgets, tracking spend and supporting forecasting to ensure strong commercial outcomes.
  • Building, testing and maintaining landing pages and welcome offers, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance.
  • Owning campaign tracking and reporting, delivering reliable, high-quality insights to support decision-making.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, timely delivery of campaigns and promotions.
  • Overseeing the delivery of brand and partner assets across key channels, ensuring high standards and attention to detail.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and market trends, providing clear recommendations to improve performance and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Experience in Commercial roles, Acquisition or Digital Marketing (iGaming experience preferred) (required).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret key KPIs such as FTDs, CPA, ROI and NGR (required).
  • Good understanding of digital acquisition channels including PPC, paid social, display and affiliates (required).
  • Familiarity with tracking tools, attribution platforms or analytics tools (e.g. Tableau or similar) (required).
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting (required).
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities (required).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment (required).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders (required).
