Head of Corporate Communications & CSR

Description

We are looking for an experienced communications and brand professional with proven leadership experience across corporate communications, brand marketing, CSR, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the company’s communication strategy, integrating brand voice, CSR objectives, and stakeholder engagement into cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies, internally and externally, that align with the company’s business goals and values.
  • Develop and maintain a communication strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, ensuring regular updates to keep both the corporate and career websites current, engaging, and on-message.
  • Design social media strategies to increase engagement, create engaging and high-quality content, and build online communities.
  • Develop and implement CSR initiatives that align with the company’s values and goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of CSR projects and programs.
  • Deliver compelling executive communications, videos, and leadership updates to foster transparency and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee internal platforms and channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and accessibility in all internal narratives.
  • Manage media relations and external advocacy to elevate brand reputation and influence public discourse.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 10+ professionals, fostering collaboration, capability building, and operational excellence to deliver impactful communications and CSR initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Communications Manager or similar role
  • BSc/MSc in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or relevant field
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing
  • Proven experience leading and scaling teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Project management and time management skills
  • Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, crisis & sensitive issue communications
  • Confident communicator and presenter
