KYC Specialist

Description

We are currently looking for a talented KYC Specialist. The KYC Specialist is responsible for verifying player identities, conducting due diligence checks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and responsible gaming requirements. This role involves reviewing documents, monitoring player activity for suspicious behavior, and maintaining accurate records to support anti-money laundering and fraud prevention efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Handling and verifying KYC documents (worldwide).
  • Performing checks on customers and requesting the relevant KYC documents in compliance with any regulatory governing bodies and based on determined customer risk level.
  • Communicating with other departments, following pending issues related to customer identification, withdrawal or risky patterns.
  • Ensuring appropriate and confidential handling / sharing of sensitive information.
  • Ensuring compliance with all AML laws and regulations.
  • Upkeeping and updating periodic reviews of existing customers and updating customer database.
  • Meet established KPIs and adhere to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, improve customer experience, and support business objectives.
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process or product improvement.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM tools, support platforms, and reporting systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of the team.
