Ready to build this journey together? Your story starts here! About the Role We are currently looking for a Web Developer for Growth Platforms to join our Growth team.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the technical foundation behind our growth-focused websites, including domains, redirects, WordPress environments, and hosting infrastructure.
  • Ensure platforms are fast, stable, and SEO-ready, taking accountability for what goes live and how it performs over time.
  • Support website launches, migrations, and continuous optimization in collaboration with the SEO, Growth, and Acquisition teams.
  • Manage DNS, SSL, and domain configurations with confidence.
  • Set up, build from scratch, and maintain WordPress websites.
  • Configure and maintain Cloudflare for DNS, security, caching, and redirects.
  • Administer VPS servers and cloud hosting environments, including AWS.
  • Customize and maintain WordPress sites using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Troubleshoot issues proactively and keep websites stable and performant.
  • Support the AI Automation Specialist in ensuring internal tools and automation workflows are properly backed from a technical and infrastructure perspective.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, including setting up and maintaining production websites.
  • Strong understanding of domains, DNS, SSL, and redirections.
  • Experience working with VPS servers and basic Linux commands.
  • Familiarity with Cloudflare and its core features.
  • Basic experience with AWS or cloud hosting environments.
  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain live systems independently.
  • Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with SEO, Growth, and Automation teams.
  • Curious, practical, and focused on building things that are actually used.
