Product Manager
The product manager is responsible for a product or product line's strategy, roadmap, and feature definition. They work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, content, marketing, and sales, to ensure that the product meets customer needs and achieves business objectives.
- Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with market trends, customer insights, and business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and data sources.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria together with the Product Owner.
- Partner with engineering, content, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on product priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch and iteration.
- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure that product releases meet quality standards and timelines.
- Support go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, and launch coordination.
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to drive product adoption and performance.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.
- Use analytics and insights to optimize performance and inform future product decisions.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights from surveys, interviews, and user testing.
- Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and shape future iterations.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Identify new opportunities and potential risks within the product domain.
- 3+ years of experience in product development.
- Proven ability to define and deliver product requirements based on research, data, and insights.
- Previous experience within the iGaming or online sports industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable solutions.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with attention to detail and execution.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
- Understanding of design and UX principles, and familiarity with product prototyping processes.
- Technical proficiency and understanding of application development, cloud computing, and database technologies.
- Knowledge on AI tools is preferred.
