Casino Commercial Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Commercial Coordinator to join our fast-paced Casino team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth and market share by supporting our Commercial Managers in executing our casino strategy. You will be the vital link between our internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Operations, and Finance) and external partners (game providers and platforms). From managing the lifecycle of exclusive game releases to troubleshooting promotional tools and optimising Casino Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), this is a dynamic role perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and commercially minded.
- Support Commercial Managers in executing the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, market share, and Casino GGR performance across multiple markets.
- Assist in the launch of new products and features, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure all commercial objectives and initiatives strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Provide general, day-to-day assistance on commercial tasks as required by the Commercial Managers.
- Assist Commercial Managers with exclusive games, collaborating closely with internal teams and external game studios through regular progress syncs.
- Ensure all stages of the game development lifecycle hit key milestones on time, including certification and asset completion.
- Advise internal teams and brand managers on game recommendations tailored to specific markets.
- Assist with promotional planning, ensuring timely delivery, follow-up, and analysis (including KPIs, reporting, and invoices).
- Work closely with CRM and Marketing teams to support comprehensive promotional campaigns for new game launches.
- Create and submit graphic orders for exclusive releases and campaigns.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering all bonus types, tournaments, campaigns, achievements, and triggers.
- Keep internal teams fully informed about upcoming external Network Campaigns and gather/request any required materials.
- Manage relationships with key external partners, including game providers, platforms, and third-party suppliers, to maximize marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on revenue-driving initiatives.
- Assist the Finance team with tracking promotional deductions and invoice splits.
- Test promotional tools, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with tech teams or providers to fix issues promptly.
- Act as the point of contact for technical escalations from external partners and internal teams.
- Report game and campaign-related issues to platform/game providers using technical project management tools, following up relentlessly until resolved.
