Responsible Gaming Analyst
We are looking for an RG Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will safeguard player safety by monitoring player behavior, managing escalated cases, and conducting direct interventions. Your primary focus will be ensuring strict compliance with regulations and internal policies. By analyzing risk indicators and executing Duty of Care procedures, you will help maintain a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment.
- Proactively analyse player behavior patterns and game activity to identify early signs of problem gambling using our tracking tools.
- Manage daily escalations from the Customer Experience (CX) and Fraud teams, conducting detailed risk assessments to determine the correct level of intervention.
- Directly engage with at-risk players via email and phone.
- Conduct sensitive responsible gaming interactions, offering guidance on limits, self-exclusion, and support resources.
- Assist in preparing detailed data reports to ensure we remain compliant with iGaming regulations and internal Duty of Care policies.
- Collaborate with the wider Safer Gambling team to refine processes, improve detection tools, and enhance our overall player safety strategy.
- Support the organisation’s adoption of AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making accuracy.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry, with a minimum of 6 months in a customer-facing role. (required)
- Have a proven ability to analyse player data, spot trends, and make logical inferences regarding risk warnings. (required)
- Speak and Write fluent in English with the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism. (required)
- Have an understanding of the regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements connected to player safety. (required)
- Are fascinated by the psychology of gambling and are dedicated to minimising problem gambling. (preferred)
- Are a flexible thinker with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. (required)
