Telesales Agent (Sweden)
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Swedish-speaking Telesales Agent to join our team. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for reactivating our existing customers. You will be reporting to the Telesales Team leader.
- Tele communication to players on standard structure (reactivation, retention, B2B)
- Meet or exceed daily targets of calls per day/week/month
- Become an expert in resolving problems efficiently, utilising CX and other departments
- Collaborate with team members to optimise sales strategies
- Fluent in Swedish and English (required)
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is a plus (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (required)
- Ability to work independently (required)
- Goal-oriented and highly motivated (required)
- Basic computer skills (required)
- Excel / MS Office (required)
