Treasury Analyst
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our finance team on an indefinite basis. This role is ideal for a junior professional with a solid grasp of treasury fundamentals who is eager to take on increased responsibility and make a tangible impact. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will manage the core 'engine room' functions that keep our global treasury team moving. From ensuring reporting accuracy to maintaining seamless banking relationships, your role is critical to our financial stability. - Track and report on daily cash positions and bank account activity to support the group’s liquidity management.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute efficient Intra-Group funding to ensure entity-level accounts are adequately funded on time and idle balances are minimized.
- Serve as the primary operational contact to proactively flag anticipated cash shortfalls, providing recommendations including payment prioritization.
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and treasury transactions, investigating any discrepancies and ensuring all records are accurate.
- Assist with essential banking compliance workflows, including Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and account maintenance.
- Support the execution of authorized payment runs, ensuring transactions are securely processed within banking platforms in accordance with Group policies.
- Assist in the preparation of treasury reports, including monthly cash position summaries and liquidity analysis.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests.
- Contribute to treasury projects and data automation initiatives.
- Part-qualified or actively pursuing a professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related discipline. (required)
- Relevant hands-on experience in a finance or treasury environment may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications. (preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in a multinational corporate treasury or finance role. (required)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, with a tech-savvy mindset and an awareness of how to safely leverage modern AI tools to enhance productivity. (required)
- Exceptional attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and a proactive approach to investigating discrepancies and improving processes. (required)
- A self-starter with a proven ability to manage daily operational deadlines effectively with minimal supervision. (required)
