French Customer Service Host
As a French Customer Service Host, your primary focus is to exceed the customers’ expectations and to execute everything possible to provide them with the best experience. This will help us excel at providing professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service to stay ahead of the game.
- Providing world-class customer service by responding to customer queries by telephone, email, and online chats in first language French and / or second language being English, where applicable
- Taking full responsibility for customer related queries
- Assisting on tasks within other regions by using company translation tools provided
- Processing and resolving of incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
- Processing pertinent information into relevant databases
- Customer relationship building and management as well as cross selling of products and services
- Performing extra tasks given by managers / shift supervisors as required.
- French as first language – strong written and verbal communication skills (required)
- Fluency in English (required)
- Availability to work on 24/7 shift rotations (required)
- Minimum of high school qualification (required)
- Good problem solving skills (required)
- Excellent time management and adherence to schedule (required)
- Be in a possession of a degree (preferred)
- Proven work experience in relevant field (preferred)
