Head of Product Delivery
A Head of Product Delivery who can bridge strategy and execution. You excel at orchestrating large-scale, cross-functional programs in complex, regulated environments, and you inspire teams to deliver on time, within budget, and at quality. We need a leader who can operationalize product strategy, implement governance, and drive predictable outcomes across multiple domains to stay ahead of the game.
- Own the delivery framework for the Product Division, establishing governance, processes, and best practices to ensure smooth execution across payments, fraud, onboarding, and verification initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional delivery by coordinating between Product, R&D, Operations, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure projects meet business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans, track execution against commitments, and proactively address risks and dependencies.
- Provide visibility to the Chief Product Officer and senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes of all major initiatives.
- Build a high-performing delivery unit with clear roles, accountability, and repeatable frameworks that can support multiple parallel projects.
- Ensure delivery processes incorporate regulatory, governance, and security requirements that are critical in gambling and fintech environments.
- Oversee delivery dependencies with third-party providers, ensuring successful onboarding, integration, and rollout.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across delivery cycles, driving adoption of tools and methodologies (Agile, SAFe, or hybrid models) tailored to the Product Division’s needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively (required).
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals (required).
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope (required).
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs (required).
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations (required).
- More than 10 years in program or delivery management, ideally in product-led organisations (required).
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level transformation or product rollouts (required).
- Deep knowledge of Agile/Scaled Agile and hybrid delivery models (required).
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends (preferred).
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations (preferred).
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards (preferred).
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies (nice-to-have).
