Description

The Product Designer understands user and business needs and pain points through research to inform the design process and match with business objectives. They develop user-friendly solutions that align with the product's vision, iterating based on user feedback and working with cross-functional teams. The role involves communicating design decisions and ensuring alignment between design, user needs, and business goals.

The Product Designer will leverage advanced data tools to monitor product performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategic adjustments. They will apply a deep understanding of digital products to introduce impactful changes, whether minor refinements or major enhancements, to elevate the user experience. The role also involves approaching challenges with a forward-thinking mindset, identifying untapped opportunities and envisioning their future potential, and examining problems from diverse perspectives to uncover creative and unconventional solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Experience creating, maintaining, and improving design systems for consistent and scalable design solutions (required)
  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends (nice-to-have)
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards (nice-to-have)
