Product Feature Manager

Description

Working closely with the Retention Marketing Manager, the Product Feature Manager is responsible for evolving key product features across the Casino verticals to ensure that the features meet their strategic objectives; closely managed with a carefully considered roadmap of future iterations of the product feature. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all campaigns associated to the product features are executed effectively through ensuring that the campaigns are commercially appropriate, have regional relevance, and are innovative and creative.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the management of key product features (e.g., Tournaments, Games, Loyalty, Bonus Wheel, etc.), providing feedback, coaching, training and development to the team in order to optimise performance of all team members and support departments.
  • Empower the team with ownership of their respective areas of responsibility, while ensuring the team works cohesively.
  • Work closely with the Retention Marketing Manager & other key stakeholders in improving and developing and evolving the product features based on data to meet strategic objectives.
  • Continually seek out opportunities and implement tactics to maximise revenue and minimise churn within product feature offering.
  • Work closely with the 3rd party product team in prioritizing game provider integrations.
  • Monitor changes ensuring a solid and commercial understanding of return on investment on all product features & be able to present findings in different forums.
  • Ensuring reporting templates are created and monitored that help provide clear evaluation of all product features and display their impact on the business.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Usability Team on the Project Management of new product features & prioritise feature work based on ROI or customer/business needs.
  • Ensure that User Experience is factored into account on all Product Features.
  • Carry out competitor research and analysis to ensure that our product remains relevant and competitive.
  • Keep abreast on the organisation's developing products and/or services.
  • Work closely with all key stakeholders across the organisation to help maximise output and effectiveness.
  • Understand brand and product proposition through all communication channels.
  • Ensure the most effective use of resources and monitor productivity levels of all teams within the department.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively (required).
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals (required).
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope (required).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs (required).
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations (required).
  • Minimum 24 months Leadership experience within a similar role (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (required).
  • Experience in the e-commerce or broader iGaming industry (required).
  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends (preferred).
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards (preferred).
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies (preferred).
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).
  • Proven experience in Product Evolution (preferred).
  • Proven people management experience including performance management, drive efficiency measures to maximise productivity and leading and developing high performance teams (preferred).
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge: Understanding of spreadsheets, graphs and formulas (preferred).
  • Understanding of customer marketing, promotions & trends (preferred).
  • Previous experience of setting up and managing promotional projects and campaigns (preferred).
  • Experience within the iGaming industry – Focused on Casino Games, Features, and promotions (preferred).
