Marketing QA Team Lead
As a Marketing QA Team Lead on the Marketing team, you’ll play a key role leading the quality assurance function supporting CRM channels. You’ll manage a team responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across all customer-facing CRM campaigns. In this role, you’ll drive scalable QA processes, innovate opportunities for automation and AI efficiencies, and partner cross-functionally to support both CRM and broader growth initiatives. Your work will be crucial to maintaining quality at speed as we continue to expand and evolve our marketing operations.
- Oversee daily QA operations, ensuring coverage across CRM campaign workflows based on volume, priority, and key business events.
- Lead a high performing team and assign team workloads, balancing capacity, skill set, and business needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Analytics, to align on campaign requirements and QA standards.
- Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to support development, provide feedback, and track progress against team goals.
- Lead the implementation of AI and automation tools to enhance QA workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor and analyze QA performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to improve accuracy and execution.
- Maintain and evolve SOPs to reflect updates in tools, systems, and campaign processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve QA workflows, communication, and overall program scalability.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations or marketing program management, with exposure to CRM marketing as a plus.
- Experience leading or mentoring team members, with a focus on accountability and growth.
- Experience managing workflows and prioritizing work across multiple campaigns or initiatives.
- Proficiency with tools such as Airtable, Jira, Tableau, or similar workflow and reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to navigate complex processes and evolving workflows.
- Curiosity and initiative to explore automation, AI tools, and scalable solutions within QA functions.
