Project Manager
EveryMatrix is looking for a passionate and dedicated Project Manager to join the OddsMatrix team in Zagreb, Croatia. This role involves reviewing client-requested features, defining their scope, and coordinating with the Account Manager/Integration Manager. The Project Manager will ensure all requirements are clearly defined and provide answers to user flow or implementation questions.
The role also includes estimating new requirements in man-days, creating comprehensive timelines for client features with dependency analysis, prioritization, and risk assessment. The Project Manager will maintain clear and accurate OM documentation, coordinate with stakeholders to resolve blockers, and ensure materials are accessible for development and testing. They will submit release requests, provide updates on release impacts, and drive production deployment with the operations manager.
Regular updates and activity reports on feature development, including delays or changes to the timeline, will be provided. Issues regarding delays or challenges will be escalated promptly to ensure all key stakeholders are aware of risks. The Project Manager will prepare demo videos and provide progress updates for internal or big demo meetings. Effective communication of relevant updates, maintaining the project roadmap, and proactively suggesting improvements to enhance projects and meet client needs are also key responsibilities. Time tracking for all project or product management activities using Jira and Timely is required.
- Review client-requested features, define their scope, and coordinate with the Account Manager/Integration Manager.
- Ensure all requirements are clearly defined and provide answers to questions related to user flow or implementation.
- Ensure that all new requirements are estimated in MD (man-days) and once added to the current quarter commitment, put up a comprehensive timeline for all client features incorporating tasks dependencies analysis, prioritization and risks.
- Create and maintain clear and accurate OM documentation, coordinate with stakeholders to resolve blockers, and ensure all materials are accessible and up to date for development and testing.
- Submit release requests, provide updates if releases are impacted by business-related factors and actively drive production deployment together with operations manager.
- Provide regular updates and activity reports on features development, including any delays or changes from the established timeline.
- Escalate issues regarding delays or challenges promptly and ensure all key stakeholders are aware of the risks.
- Prepare demo videos for the project/ project features and provide updates on progress and deliverables for Internal or Big Demo meetings in front of management.
- Communicate relevant updates effectively, keep the project roadmap current, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance projects and meet client needs.
- Track time for all project or product management activities using the company's approved applications: Jira and Timely.
- At least 2+ years of experience in project or product management/ownership or business analysis (required).
- University technical degree (required).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; presentation skills with a business analysis/SWOT focus (required).
- Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills (required).
- Experience in identifying industry leaders and creating specifications that achieve positive results (required).
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence (required).
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills (required).
- Advanced English skills in speaking and writing (required).
- Experience in the iGaming industry (nice-to-have).
- A starting salary from 2.900 EUR (gross/brutto1).
- Flexible hybrid work schedule after the first three months.
