Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager will coordinate with different teams to ensure project objectives align with organisational goals. This role involves managing various stages of the project lifecycle, with an emphasis on timely delivery and quality. The successful candidate will implement and adapt project management methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness, using strong communication skills to convey project goals, updates, and outcomes to all stakeholders. Projects will adhere to predefined timelines and meet set objectives regarding budget and scope of work. The role also involves working closely with business flows, improving them if needed to achieve project goals, fostering a collaborative team environment, and addressing challenges proactively. Engagement in client interactions is expected, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and professional representation of EveryMatrix.

- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management (required).
- Proven track of projects deliveries (required).
- Strong knowledge of BA techniques (required).
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies (required).
- General understanding of the technical aspects of projects (required).
- Experience in the iGaming industry (nice-to-have).
- Experience in Business Analysis area (nice-to-have).
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively (required).
- Excellent organisational skills for handling multiple projects (required).
- Fluent in English (level B2-C1+) (required).
- Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
