2D Animator
Evolution is looking for a 2D Animator to join the team. Part of the responsibilities will be to create high-quality impactful animations and effects using Adobe Animate and Spine 2D. The role involves tuning overall game flow, dynamics and rhythm, fitting to the theme and specifications.
The animator will cooperate with developers and other animators to create a cohesive finished product. The role focuses on working with pre-prepared design assets, so animation is the sole focus. Adjustments to different art styles and diverse scenarios will be required, following game design guidelines to achieve the best gameplay experience. The animator will also give animated characters a personality that connects with the players.
- Create high-quality impactful animations and effects using Adobe Animate and Spine 2D.
- Tune overall game flow, dynamics and rhythm, fitting to the theme and specifications.

- A reel and online portfolio showcasing examples of current up-to-date work (required).
- Creative and motivated person (required).
- Previous professional experience – 2+ years (required).
- Strong understanding of animation principles (required).
- Experience with 2D animation software (Adobe Animate, Spine 2D or After Effects) (required).
- Interest in the gaming industry (required).
- Undergraduate degree in art or related field or equivalent education is a plus (nice-to-have).
