Senior UI/UX Designer
The Senior UI/UX Designer will be part of the Product Design Department and will report to the UI/UX Manager.
It is expected that the individual will engage in user interface and user experience design in Evolution's products. The role requires balancing usable designs with smart, creative design solutions and should be eager to push boundaries to achieve the most effective results by collaborating ideas effectively in brainstorming sessions as part of an international team of professionals.
Evolution expects the designer to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines without compromising attention to detail. The role also involves providing mentorship, design feedback, and guidance to junior team members, and ensuring accessibility, usability, and user-centred best practices are embedded throughout the design process.
- Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, concepts, and new product features.
- Build interactive prototypes to communicate ideas and validate solutions.
- Explore new ideas, explore creative approaches, and drive continuous improvement through innovation and consistency.
- Design beautiful, functional, and cohesive user interfaces aligned with our design language.
- Actively contribute in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions.
- Work closely with managers, product owners, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define user experience strategies.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Prepare final design files for development and oversee implementation to ensure quality execution.
- Present design concepts, visuals, and user experience insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively in an agile environment, supporting the team in fast-paced delivery cycles.
- Operate independently or as part of a team while contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.
- 6+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful UI/UX work (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in graphics or related to the design field (required).
- Deep expertise in Figma for design, prototyping, and design system management (required).
- Strong understanding of user-centred design, usability principles, and accessibility standards (required).
- Experience working in agile environments with tools such as Jira (required).
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) (required).
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders (required).
- Strong mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset (required).
- Excellent communication in English (advanced level required) (required).
- B2B experience (nice-to-have).
- After Effects experience (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (nice-to-have).
- Experience with Motion Design in After Effects, Spine or Rive is a plus (nice-to-have).
- Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus (nice-to-have).
- Gross monthly salary from 3000 EUR to 5000 EUR.
